Depression may be something alien to some people but for those having lived with it, it's a challenging labyrinth to navigate. Depression is neither a diagnostic label to put on you nor an enemy to fight with. It is rather a canal to lead you to a bright path where your purpose and inner qualities are aligned.
Art may not the go-to option for everyone.
