Welcome to Ahealingwalk,
a living, breathing space born from a heartfelt mission: to guide others toward discovering and living their ikigai—a reason for being that brings joy, fulfillment, and connection into everyday life. Ikigai is not a destination or a fixed job title—it is an evolving journey of authenticity, presence, and wholehearted living. When you're in touch with your ikigai, life feels more meaningful, vibrant, and open to others. It helps you move beyond isolation and into a sense of belonging, purpose, and joy.
How did ahealingwalk begin?
This project began as a quiet exploration of healthy, mindful living—sharing science-backed, practical steps to nurture physical and emotional well-being. Over two years of writing, researching, and living through Ahealingwalk, I came to understand that wellness is deeply connected to purpose. And so, this path naturally evolved—from wellness to wholeness, from healing to ikigai.
My own journey has been a winding trail of self-discovery—starting as a mental health counselor, then becoming a kindergarten teacher at a private class, a health coach and writer, a supportive tutor, a translator, and even a casual electronics seller. Today, I also work as a part-time sales admin for a boutique luxury travel agency, helping craft soulful heritage trips across Indochina. Each role, each experience has shaped my understanding of life’s deeper callings, and has helped me gather the tools I now offer to others.
The team
I haven’t walked this path alone. Ahealingwalk would not be what it is without the support of a small, passionate team—creative friends, collaborators, and fellow seekers—who believe in the vision and contribute with their talents, time, and hearts. Together, we’ve built a space that doesn’t just share wellness tips, but invites you to live fully, intentionally, and joyfully—no matter where you are.
The invitation
Whether you’re just beginning to seek your ikigai or are already walking in it, we’re here to walk alongside you. This is your invitation to slow down, tune in, and begin the most important journey of all—the one toward your true being.
