Salad is an easy and wonderful way to diversify the amount of veggies you take in everyday. It makes eating vegetables more interesting and also delicious. With some simple fresh colorful veggies as below, you can make yourself a wonderful juice and salad within 5 minutes. My tip is to add a small pinch of Himalaya pink salt to the lemon juice and salad, you will see the difference in the body. You can eat this for lunch together with a hot bone broth or rice dishes.
