Raining season can be utilized for our spiritual contemplation and growth. It's the time for us to retreat, in other words, to stay more indoors and come home to ourselves. There would be a lot of nature sounds, quite interesting and ever-changing like the sounds of rain drops and frog singing. There would be less the usual noise of street vehicles. It's very suitable if we want to become modern "hermits" for a certain period of time.

You can cook some vegan meals, boil sweet potatoes and green mustards.

You can serve yourself a warm cup of tea.

You can take a good sleep.

And you can connect with your breaths, get grounded and meditate.

It is beneficial for our mind and body to settle down, to slow down from the usual hustle and bustle living rhythm, and to find some inner peace in this season.
