By training my mind to focus on intricate details while painting, I've found that my reading skills have improved too. It's like giving my brain a much-needed workout, sharpening those focus muscles and deepening my appreciation for the written word. Painting helps me to read better, more consciously and with better comprehension as well.

 I really recommend you to carve out sometimes and paint, maybe under the guidance of an experienced teacher. Choose simple and inspiring paintings to work on. I really love this corn painting and after finishing it, I bought a lot of corns for a week's breakfast. Each morning, as I sit down to enjoy my breakfast, I can't help but smile, knowing that my artistic endeavor has brought not only joy to my soul but also a delicious treat to my table for the entire week. It's incredible how a simple act of creativity can ripple into the most delightful experiences in our daily lives.
