Naturally, our body does not like being moved and trained because it does not give instant good feelings. Crafting time for a regular work-out routine however, can bring long-term benefits and helps you enhance positive mood and physical endurance.

Everybody knows that it's good to exercise.

My suggestion is that we find our favorite personal trainer/ yoga teacher/ pilate instructor and a suitable work-out flow to stick to and train our body.

It takes only 20-30 minutes a day either in the morning or in the evening when you finish your job and go home. Arrange a nice corner in your house, stretch a mat and exercise.

The key message here is building routine and stay disciplined.

Below is my favorite pilate workout, which I find very holistic for whole body training.
